Pinkmas at The Edge

I headed up to The Edge for a fun pop-up with the Museum of Ice Cream! They had some fun photo ops and festive elements 100 stories up in the air. 

It was a first for me as well, we had a massive nor'easter on the day I could go. 100 floors up and visibility was zero and it was raining even harder than on the ground. They hadn't closed the outside portion, but I took one step out there and was blasted with rain and retreated inside! It did make it crazy to be enveloped in grey while inside versus the usual views!

Festive 5th Avenue

The holiday season is here and 5th Avenue is decked and ready to celebrate! The windows are so wonderful this year and feel fully festive!

Dior outdid themselves this year with massive faux-gingerbread creations. I also loves Saks which did a NYC themed series and of course...Bergdorf's is always beyond classy and out there!

The Good:

We had a great Thanksgiving! We saw cousins on my side in the morning before hanging with Judah's family for our meal later - lots of quality time and delicious food.

The Random:

Judah had to act out the caution sign - complete with jazz hands.

The Fun:

We saw Wicked For Good yesterday! So so so good! There were smiles, there were tears, when can I see it again?

Wicked Fever in NYC

NYC has been buzzing with all things Wicked as the new movie was released! They hosted the US premiere here in the city, a nod to this being where the musical got its start. Around Rockefeller Center, there were lots of fun bits, including a yellow brick road and pink and green flags flying around the rink.

The Swarovski flagship store on Fifth Avenue also had some amazing Wicked costumes on display. They helped create the costumes for both Glinda and Elphaba and had the pink gown and Elphie's black dress on display. 

We're seeing the movie over the Thanksgiving weekend and I cannot wait!
